Turn Job Site Material into a Usable Product
For excavators and grading contractors, material on the job site is often an asset waiting to be processed. A Ceasars screener lets you separate clean topsoil from rock and root material, screen gravel for reuse, and reduce the volume of debris going to the landfill. The 10S processes 20 to 35 yards per hour and fits on any site a skid steer or loader can reach.
Screened topsoil can be stockpiled for backfill, finish grading, or resale. Screened gravel goes back into base material or drainage applications. A machine under $13,000 can change the economics of how you handle material on every job you run.

What Excavators Screen with Ceasars
Topsoil
Screened topsoil has real value on a grading job. A Ceasars screener lets you pull clean topsoil from root and rock material, giving you a product worth stockpiling for finish work or resale rather than something you're paying to haul away. The 10S handles damp material that stops smaller, chain-suspended machines cold.
The 10S can be fed by any loader up to a 9.5-foot-wide bucket, making it easy to work at production pace without slowing the rest of your crew.
Gravel
Size and clean gravel for reuse as base material, drainage aggregate, or site access. Material that would otherwise be hauled off can go back into your project, cutting both disposal and material costs in a single pass. The adjustable screening angle lets you dial in the output for different gradations without stopping production.
Screens are made of woven wire and swap out in as little as 15 minutes, so changing gradations between applications doesn't cost you a half-day of downtime.
Mixed Debris
Excavation sites produce mixed material that's hard to deal with. The 10S separates the screened fraction from oversized rock, roots, and debris, giving you a cleaner product to work with and reducing the volume that needs to leave the site. The spring-mounted deck handles irregular, bulky material that chain-suspended screeners can't process consistently.
Powered by a Honda GX engine, the 10S runs reliably on job sites without shore power access — no generator required to keep the machine working.
Fill Material
Screen fill material to remove contaminants before it goes into compacted layers or structural applications. Starting with clean, properly sized fill helps every lift perform the way it should and reduces the risk of settlement or voids in finished earthwork. The 10S processes 20 to 35 yards per hour, keeping up with loader cycle times without becoming a bottleneck.
Every Ceasars screener ships fully assembled with a two-year warranty and is American-made. It's ready to work on the day it arrives at your yard.
