What Aggregate Producers Screen with Ceasars
Crushed Stone
Size crushed stone to consistent gradations for drainage, base, or decorative applications. The spring-mounted deck produces the up-and-down motion that moves larger stone through the screen efficiently, delivering a more uniform output than chain-suspended alternatives in the same size and price range.
Woven wire screens swap out in as little as 15 minutes, making it practical to shift gradations between jobs without extended downtime or tooling.
Gravel
Process gravel from pits or stockpiles to remove fines, oversized material, or contaminants before it reaches your customers or goes into a project. A clean, consistently graded product commands better pricing and performs better in the application it's going into. The 10S runs at 20 to 35 yards per hour on average, though production varies with material type and condition.
The adjustable screening angle lets you dial in material flow speed for different gravel types, giving you output control that fixed-angle machines don't provide.
Sand & Fines
Separate sand and fine material from coarser aggregate fractions using the appropriate woven wire screen. The adjustable leg jacks let you control how aggressively material travels across the deck, optimizing separation for different blends and conditions without stopping production to make mechanical changes.

Recycled Aggregate

The spring-mounted deck is the right tool for heavy, dense material like this.
Larger pieces of recycled material need up-and-down deck motion to move through consistently. Side-to-side shaking alone won't do it at any meaningful production rate.
